As of January 2014 Diabetes Directions will become part of the ACE Diabetes programming. 

Diabetes Directions is a free support group for people who are at risk of developing Diabetes, who have Diabetes or who want to know more.

You are invited to attend our Diabetes Directions meetings at 6:30pm on the first Monday of every month at The New Providence Community Center.
