Chef Jacques Carlino will be doing a cooking demonstration at The ACE Diabetes Get On Track Expo on Saturday November 8th. Chef Jacques is the owner of Blue Caviar Le Restaurant, a contemporary French restaurant located outside the gates of Lyford Cay and Old Fort Bay which specialises in classic French cuisine. He spent twenty years running and partnering in some of London’s top restaurants and is regarded as a leader in the industry. Chef Jacques believes that food should taste as good as it looks and satisfy the palate.
At the Expo Chef Jacques Carlino will be making:
- Chicken Stir Fry with Homemade Teriyaki Sauce and Noodles
- Vegetarian Maroccan Tagine with Couscous
- French Vinaigrette (with Baby Carrot to dip and Romaine Leaf Stick)
- A dessert, to be announced
